We appreciate the ethnic diversity of people whose skin color ranges from the pale white Aryans of the North to the jet black Dravidians of the South; the roots and berries that embody the chutneys that defy any categorization as “national cuisine,” because of their core religious and regional influences; and the sensual, erotic art that celebrates the beauty of the human body and the romantic connections between soulmates.
The varied Moghlai lamb dishes of North India begin our trek to explore the relious and regional specialties of India. Throughout the tour, we enjoy the singular colors, artistic details, and culinary treats that evoke the myriad mysteries of Indial.
